Refund policy

Returns

We create our products with love and care, and hope you cherish them as much as we do. Returns or exchanges are accepted for most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note, custom and sale items are final sale.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received (with tags attached). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective. For returns or exchanges, please contact us at EarthAndSonShop@gmail.com.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
