I’ve been very happy with this item. It took a minute for my wife to adjust but it’s growing on us. Already in a few weeks we’ve used significantly less paper towels which in the long run will better for our pockets and the environment!

I’m trying to be more intentional about buying things and waste so this is so nice. It also has a tab for a regular coffee maker. Customer service was 100/10.
I do a lot of cooking and enjoy wiping my hands with the soft cloth rather than a scratchy paper towel.
The coffee filters are just what I thought they would be and their reusable!
