No, we prioritize sustainability by utilizing reused packaging materials, such as those from Amazon, etc., which would otherwise end up in landfills. We aim to repurpose existing materials rather than introducing brand new plastic-free packaging as much as possible. These materials are collected from our local community, contributing to waste reduction and minimizing environmental impact. Additionally, for smaller and lighter items like our coffee filters, we may use recyclable packaging, such as 100% paper, to further reduce our carbon footprint.

Q: How many brews can you make with your reusable coffee filter?

We guarantee at least 365 brews with proper care. In our home of heavy coffee drinkers, filters have lasted for years when rotated. If the taste changes or residue won’t rinse out after boiling, it’s time to replace. Our filters are made with 100% cotton and thread, so they can be fully composted at home.

Q: What kind of thread do you use?

We use 100% cotton thread for all coffee filters. For other products like Multi-Use Cloths and Paperless Towels, we use polyester thread for added strength and durability, making them last longer through heavy-duty cleaning.
